If you're looking to enjoy a one-press, hands-off coffee that can be customized to your liking, this is the machine for you. Read our full Beem Espresso Grind Profession review for more details.
Its swappable bean hoppers let you try different blends at the drop of a hat and its different profiles mean you can pick up right where you left at. It's also less expensive than capsule machines and utilizes real coffee beans rather than ground coffee beans that are pre-ground.
1. Smeg BCC02
This sleek compact and striking machine, designed by Milan-based firm Deep Design combines the brand's retro aesthetic with the latest technology. The machine can handle all the stages of making coffee, from grinding beans to the tamping of a puck and making milk into a texturing, before dispensing the correct amount.
The machine is also available in black, red and taupe. It can easily integrate into any kitchen design. The machine does not come free of flaws however. The majority of reviewers thought it was a bit expensive for a cup to bean maker (and does not come with a pitcher of milk).
There were also numerous positive reviews of the quality of the coffee and the ease of use of this machine. The user-friendly digital display offers an easy-to-follow guideline and feedback throughout the making process, allowing you to perfect your drink every time. The machine even allows you to adjust the size of your grind if that's not what you prefer. It's like having a personal barista in your own home (minus Harry Potter's invisibility cloak and Elon Musk's rocket-building expertise).
This model is perfect for those who prefer milky drinks. The steam wand is adjustable up and down to fit most drinking vessels, except Viking drinking horns. We were impressed with the speed and effectiveness of the frothing process, too. It also makes a delicious espresso, with a fantastic crema and full-bodied flavor despite its small size.
The BCC02 is a great all-rounder. It's quiet and efficient, and it offers great value for money with its current price of PS499. The only problem is that it does not provide the same level of customisation as other bean-to-cup machines that we have tested. It has a 15 bar pump, rather than the usual 19 bars which isn't as effective to make high-quality espressos. This is a fantastic machine for those who like their coffee dark and strong. 2. Melitta Barista TS Smart
The Barista TS Smart comes with a variety of features that set it apart from the rest of the competitors. Its most unique feature may be the fact that it is able to be controlled via your smartphone using the Melitta Connect App. This allows you to change the settings and dispense various coffee recipes that are stored inside the machine.
This makes the machine super flexible and adaptable to your tastes. There are a variety of options for changing the strength of your drinks as well as various sizes of cups, and whether or not to add milk. The machine is equipped with two airtight bottles of beans that are automatically chosen to accommodate different tastes. It defaults to standard espresso beans in one and cafe creme (a German variation of long black or flat white) in the other however, you can select any beans you'd like. There's also a handy chute for pre-ground coffee if you want to make your own (for example when that nagging dinner guest brings their own).
coffee machines with beans have also reported being amazed by the speed of the machine. It's faster than other machine they have ever used. Another benefit is that the machine will warn you when one of its hoppers is nearly empty, so you aren't caught running out of your preferred drink.
The price tag may be a concern for some. The machine isn't cheap, at nearly PS999. It's still less expensive than comparable Jura machines that have similar features.
Barista TS smart is protected by a generous two-year warranty. Keep Reading is more than the typical one-year warranty. It is a sign of confidence on behalf of the manufacturer. It also includes a cleaning tablet and a descaler, which makes it simple to keep up to date with the machine's maintenance requirements. This is a fantastic machine for those looking for a top-quality and versatile bean to cup machine that's affordable.
3. Jura GIGA 6
The Jura GIGA 6 is a powerful espresso machine that uses artificial intelligence to make the finest specialty coffees. It learns what you enjoy and reorganizes its menu so that you can choose your favorite drinks. It also lets you select your preferred size of grinding as well as water temperature, milk and coffee foam volume. Its clever cleaning and rinsing programs start with the click of a button, making day-to-day maintenance of your coffee maker simpler than ever.
A unique feature of the Giga 6 is that it comes with two milk and coffee spouts, which means it can make two coffee specialty drinks at once. This is possible thanks to the dual heating and fluid systems inside the machine. Spouts can be adjusted for width and height to accommodate different cups. Additionally, there's a spout for hot water which can be used to make tea or iced coffee.
The Giga 6 has another impressive feature: you can duplicate and customize your favourite coffees. This is particularly beneficial when you drink the same drink both in the morning and at night. For instance, you can make a flat white using regular beans and a second with decaf. You can alter the ingredients such as the type of milk used or the amount sugar or cocoa.
Both the Giga6 and Z10 offer a broad range of customization options. For starters you can pick from 28 specialty drinks with one touch. You can also adjust the strength of the coffee and select from a variety of levels of milk foam.
The GIGA 6, Z10 and Z10 are equipped with a 4.3-inch touchscreen display that is in full colour, and a rotary switch, which makes it easy to navigate the various features on offer. The GIGA 6 is able to connect to your smartphone via WiFi. This will allow you to download a number of apps that allow you to personalize your drinks at home. The machine has one downside: some users have complained about the drip tray leaking. If you encounter this issue you should contact the customer service team immediately.

4. Nespresso Inissia
The Nespresso Inissia is a cost-effective and convenient method for espresso and coffee lovers to enjoy their favorite café drinks at home. The high-pressure pump, the patented extraction system and high-pressure pump guarantee that each cup is a rich, flavorful and silky smooth. Moreover the Inissia is quick to heat up and comes with large capacity for the water tank that lets you brew multiple cups without the need to refill often.

It is also easy to use, with only a little effort required to set-up and operate the machine. When fully charged, the machine can make coffee in just 25 seconds. This is perfect for those who want an instant boost of caffeine.
The Inissia also has a selection of premium coffee capsules that can satisfy any taste, from intense and strong to delicate and aromatic. The machine is energy efficient and shuts down after nine minutes when not used. It runs on low levels of electricity. Its versatile design also includes a folding drip tray that can accommodate taller glasses for recipes and an empty capsule container that can hold up to 11 used capsules.
To make the perfect cup of coffee, simply put a capsule into the machine and press one of two buttons to begin the making process. The Espresso button will deliver an espresso shot, while the Lungo button will run a greater amount of water for a lungo-style coffee. You can stop or pause the brewing process at any moment, and if you need more or less water you can alter the volume via the control panel.
Another benefit of the Inissia is its ease of cleaning. Every day, run a cycle with water and capsules through the machine to remove any residue. Descale the machine every three months to rid it of any lime or calcium deposits. Click here to watch our video to learn how to descale the machine.
